Typically orders are dispatched by the Distribution Centers within 2-5 working days (personalized items may take longer). During busy periods this can take longer. You’ll receive a dispatch notification along with estimated arrival times via email.
Once dispatched you'll receive a Shipping Notification email which will include a tracking link along with estimated arrival times.
Your delivery will be sent from the country /store you purchased your order from:
- UK Store: If you have ordered from the UK Store, orders will be shipped from the UK (the products will be shown in £GBP)
- US Store: Orders from the US Store will be shipped from the US (the products will be shown in $USD)
