Pre-Order Items:
If your order included a Pre-Order item, this will be shipped to you as soon as it arrives in stock. You'll receive a dispatch notification once it is on its way.
Missing item:
If you've ordered multiple items, they may be sent in different packages.
If your order included multiple items, sometimes these are shipped individually. Your order confirmation email contains an order status tracking link, you can use that to track the status of each item or view your order details under your My Account.
Any remaining items will be sent as soon as they are available.
Tracking your order/package:
Once your package/order has left the warehouse you can track the order via our Courier Partner's website. Please refer to your Shipping Confirmation email which will include a tracking link.
