All international orders are shipped with duties and taxes unpaid. The recipient of these orders is responsible for all duties and taxes upon receipt.

How Do I Know if I’ll Have to Pay Import Taxes?
Customs charges and import taxes are imposed by the destination country in accordance with its customs policies.
It's recommended to visit your country's customs policy website to determine if your order will incur additional charges.
If customs fees or import taxes apply, the carrier will inform you of the amount and how to pay. Once paid, the customs office will release the package.
Please note that if you're shopping on our EU site and shipping to the United States or outside the European Union, your order will be considered an international import. This means you may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees upon delivery.
When shipping to Canada, we facilitate customs clearance on your behalf; however, as the importer of record, you are ultimately responsible for payment of the applicable customs duties and taxes associated with shipment of your order. We utilize an industry-leading, third-party provider to estimate the applicable customs duties and taxes that will be paid to the customs / regulatory authorities based on your provided shipping address. Due to the circumstances, this is an estimate only and, in some instances, may result in nominal underpayment and/or overpayment. We will not seek additional customs duties and taxes from you nor provide any reimbursement to you based on any difference between the estimate and actual amounts paid.
What Happens if the Recipient Fails to Pay the Applicable Taxes?
Your country’s customs office will hold the package until any required fees are paid. If the fees are not paid within a certain period, the package may either be returned to the warehouse and processed as a return, as per our return policy or deemed abandoned. Additional return fees may apply
