My Account: If you're unable to log in to your My Account, or if you have not logged into your Account this year, please create a new account, as the site has been updated.
Tracking your order: We're currently experiencing high demand. Our team are working as quickly as possible to get orders out to Fans, we are unable to provide an accurate estimate for individual orders, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation email which will include a tracking link.
Note, if your order contained multiple items it may be shipped in separate packages. Refer to the Shipping Notification emails for itemized detail.
Pre-Order / Missing Item: If your order included multiple items, sometimes these are shipped individually. You can track the status of each item under My Account. Any remaining items will be sent once they are available.
Cancellations: If you'd like to cancel your order please contact us
Returns / Refunds: For any issues with your order once received, to help the team answer as quickly as possible please include your Order ID and photos showing any issue with items received using this contact form.
