Logging in/ placing an order: If you haven't logged into your Account this year (2022) please create a new account. If you're experiencing trouble placing an order or logging into your account please see these troubleshooting steps.
Tracking your order: Our team are working as quickly as possible to get orders out to Blizzard Gear Store Fans, we are unable to provide an accurate estimate for individual orders, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation email which will include a tracking link.
Note, if your order contained multiple items it may be shipped in separate packages. Refer to the Shipping Notification emails for itemized detail.
Pre-Order / Missing Item: If your order included multiple items, sometimes these are shipped individually. You can track the status of each item under My Account. Any remaining items will be sent once they are available.
Cancellations: If you'd like to cancel your order please contact us.
