We have a hassle-free 31-day return policy and our goal is to make your return simple and easy.
Please Contact Us and we'll give you the return instructions including the return address.
You will need to return the form included with your package, along with the item(s) from your order in original condition, with tags attached, for a refund. The original condition is determined by the Returns Policy.
If your item is customized/personalized, please check the description of the item as it will confirm if this item is returnable and/or contact customer service directly before returning.
If you would like an exchange, please re-order the item wanted and return the item received for a refund to the original form of payment.
We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods if they are lost in transit and it is your responsibility to obtain Proof of Posting Expenses/ Certificate or have adequately insured the goods using a Recorded or Special delivery service for returning your goods.
If you have received a faulty item, please Contact Us and the Blizzard Gear Store Support Team will provide you with return instructions.
Once your items have reached our warehouse you’ll receive a confirmation email. It can take up to 5 working days to process the return. After this, the refund can take 1-5 working days to show on your bank statement, and it will be paid in accordance with the Refunds section of our terms and conditions.
Personalized Goods and other Exclusions

We reserve the right not to refund any items which have been Personalized. This applies to any product that is modified from its original form either by the addition of other products, additional features, or design and that has been specifically requested by the customer.
We will not be liable for a personalized name or number being incorrectly selected at the time of order. Most jewellery items can be returned; however, we do not accept returns on earrings (unless faulty) for hygiene reasons or if the original packaging has been opened.
Face masks cannot be returned.
Orders placed before December 31st, 2021
Before December 31st, 2021, the Activision Blizzard Gear store was operated by another company.
Due to this change, we are unable to access any account or order history for orders placed prior to December 31st, 2021. If you have any questions about your order/ history, please contact Fanatics directly via their website.
