How Do I Exchange an Item?

To exchange items, kindly return the unwanted item(s) as per our returns policy and place a new online order.

Ready to Start a Return?

  1. Complete the Return Form:
    • Fill out the return form included in your order and pack this along with the item(s) in their original, unused condition, and all labels still attached.
  2. Return Postage:
    • Postage paid: Obtain proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels during transit. We recommend using a trackable postage option.
    • Pre-paid label: [for U.S. only] If you require a pre-paid label, please contact the Blizzard Gear Store Support Team. We can provide you with an $8 pre-paid shipping label; this cost will be deducted from your final refund amount.
    • International orders: Please refer to the website where the order was placed, if you're unsure please get in contact.
  3. Return address: 
    • Please refer to the return form included in your order as the return address can occasionally differ if your order was dispatched from multiple locations.
